Become a HubSpot Expert with my new course!

Learn how to manage a HuSpot account for your work, company, or clients!

This course is for:

  • Consultants and agencies - Make money offering HubSpot consulting as a service

  • Professionals working with HubSpot at a business - Become the HubSpot go-to person at your company (aka the HubSpot Super Admin 😎)

  • Business owners - Make your investment in HubSpot worthwhile. Learn what you need to know to get your account ready for success.

If you’re here, it’s probably because:

  • You’re a professional working with HubSpot at a business

  • OR you want to offer HubSpot consulting as a service

  • OR you own a business and you’ve put money into HubSpot

I bet you already know some HubSpot basics (you know your way around the HubSpot CRM, how to send emails, create lists, and things like that).

You need HubSpot for your day-to-day work and have HubSpot operational knowledge…

But your journey doesn’t end here!

After acquiring HubSpot operational knowledge, you need HubSpot strategic knowledge!

Here’s the thing:

Using HubSpot without the full picture is like trying to build a house without a blueprint. Sure, it might stand for a while, but one wrong move, and you could be staring at a pile of rubble.

Knowing how to USE a HubSpot account is different than knowing how to MANAGE a HubSpot account.

When you use a HubSpot account, you create contacts, send emails to people, create lists, and things like that. This is OPERATIONAL knowledge.

Managing a HubSpot account is STRATEGIC knowledge. It involves:

  • Ensuring the account is set up correctly

  • Identifying and resolving any significant errors before they waste your time/money (or both!)

  • Making sure every team member using HubSpot is following the best practices

  • Conducting an Account Audit to maintain cleanliness and health

  • Granting appropriate access to other users

  • Ensuring that the business is leveraging HubSpot’s full potential by having a proper strategy in place

And this is EXACTLY the information you need to ensure you’re getting the most out of a HubSpot account.

You are not going to become the HubSpot go-to person for your employer or clients only by knowing how to do things inside HubSpot. You’re going to become their HubSpot go-to person by knowing how to think about their HubSpot account as a whole, ensuring everything is set up correctly, and learning how to identify potential problems before they happen. This is STRATEGIC knowledge.

You’re not going to get the best ROI for your company’s HubSpot account subscription only by knowing how to do things inside HubSpot. You’re going to make the most out of your account by knowing how to think about your HubSpot account as a whole, ensuring everything is set up correctly, and learning how to identify potential problems before they happen. This is STRATEGIC knowledge.

See where I am going here?

Strategic knowledge is what enabled me to become a sought-after HubSpot expert.

See some of the messages I got from potential clients on Linkedin. Notice how, in one of them, the client says “we’re struggling with setting up HubSpot correctly…”. They need help with STRATEGIC knowledge.

Strategic knowledge is what will enable YOU to become a HubSpot Expert.

Why am I qualified to teach you this?

I've worked with HubSpot both in-house and as a consultant. When I began my HubSpot journey in 2018, I worked in the Marketing department of an outstanding startup in Australia. They entrusted me with the responsibility of managing the company’s HubSpot account. I quickly went from "What does this Automation section do?" to "I'll build a Workflow strategy for all our Customer Onboarding operations!”.

My colleagues turned to me for guidance, and I soon became the go-to HubSpot expert in the company. I truly immersed myself in the HubSpot world!

A few years later, I found myself in Portugal when the pandemic hit. Initially, I was job hunting after the move, but with the pandemic, I turned to the online world for opportunities, just like many others in my field.

As it turns out, the "online world" is full of companies searching for individuals to assist them with HubSpot. A few weeks into my freelance job search, I landed three consulting gigs with a few great European startups. It felt almost too good to be true. I went from uncertain employment prospects to a bustling client pipeline in just three weeks.

It didn’t take me long to realize that there is a huge demand for HubSpot Experts out there!

I continued working with clients, honing my skills in HubSpot account management. I got better at addressing client questions about HubSpot, resolving common HubSpot issues that everyone encounters, and training teams to use HubSpot effectively.

Then, one day, I found myself at home, quite bored during a lockdown in Portugal. I thought to myself, "I wonder if anyone would be interested in a HubSpot course?" I pieced together an idea, and what had started as a result of a pretty random day when I was tired of crocheting and cleaning the house, became my first Udemy course on HubSpot.

Who would have thought that a few years later, I'd have more than 7,000 people enrolled in my courses, with my courses ranking at the top when you search for the keyword "HubSpot" on Udemy?

I have taken 4 courses with Thalita and I have enjoyed all of them. Very good instructor with clear and useful ways to explain things.
